I gave the DDJ-WeGO4-K a try for mobile mixing, and it's a solid ultraportable option. Being USB powered means no wall wart needed, which is great for laptop setups. The 8 pads respond well for triggering samples and hot cues. However, the lack of any inputs besides USB is limiting—you can't plug in turntables or a microphone. The controller feels lightweight and compact, but the plastic build does feel a bit flimsy. For the price, it's a capable starter controller that pairs well with Rekordbox, but serious DJs will miss the I/O. Overall, it gets the job done for basic mixing on the go.
