Our take
The XDJ-RX2 is a workhorse for mobile DJs. Even used, it feels solid and the 2-channel layout is intuitive. The 16 pads are great for hot cues and effects, and the pitch shifting adds versatility. I like that it's plug-and-play with rekordbox. That said, it's a previous generation model, so the touchscreen is smaller and less responsive than newer units. The 2-channel limit means no room for extra sources without external gear. At this price, it's a good value for a proven performer.
